Dots and Dashes is a 2017 red roan Appaloosa gelding standing at 15.1 hands—one cool rascal. On the ranch or down the trails, he crosses creeks, ditches, and logs, and navigates rough rocky areas. He is traffic safe around trucks and cars. Dots and Dashes has a very good handle—neck reins, spins several circles at a time each way, lopes from a standstill, slide stops, side passes, and backs. He has a nice jog that is smooth to ride and a good lope. Fine for beginners, he has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife and goes anywhere asked. With many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky, he has encountered every obstacle possible and remains sure-footed on steep slopes, through deep creeks, and over downed trees.
